Personal Injury is a specific focus of the practice of law. It often relates to other forms of civil litigation in many cases you are forced to go up against insurance corporations that are bent on minimizing your harm and your payout when you are injured. TMBC has handled many of these case and has fought the battle against insurance companies for our clients.

One focus area within this practice relates to motorcycle injuries. Since motorcycling is becoming far more common in Southwest Ohio, and given the fact that Mark has been a motorcycle rider for decades, he takes special pride in representing fellow bikers that have been injured due to no fault of their own. Few attorneys have the passion and legal experience relating to motorcycle law so TMBC is especially focused on biker concerns.
